The specific scope of services will be defined in a separate service agreement or proposal provided to each client prior to engagement.

3. No Real Estate Brokerage

DesignFourU STR Consulting is not a licensed real estate broker or agent. Nothing in our services constitutes the practice of real estate brokerage, legal advice, financial planning, or tax advisory.

Clients are strongly encouraged to engage licensed real estate professionals, attorneys, and financial advisors for all transactional, legal, and financial matters related to property acquisition or disposition.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of consulting services, make their own independent decisions based on advice received and not rely solely on DesignFourU recommendations, conduct their own due diligence on any property, market, or investment opportunity, and maintain any credentials in confidence and notify DesignFourU of any unauthorized use.

5. Fees and Payment

Consulting fees are outlined in the individual service agreement provided to each client. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are due as specified in the applicable invoice or proposal, all fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless DesignFourU fails to deliver the agreed scope, and DesignFourU reserves the right to suspend services if payment is not received within the agreed terms.

6. Confidentiality

DesignFourU will treat all non-public information shared by clients as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.

Clients agree not to share proprietary methodologies, reports, or analysis provided by DesignFourU with third parties without prior written authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DesignFourU STR Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on information provided through this website or consultations.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Real estate and short-term rental investments involve inherent risks. DesignFourU does not guarantee any specific financial outcome, return on investment, occupancy rate, or successful transaction as a result of our consulting services.

All market data, projections, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to change based on market conditions beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on designfouru.com, including text, graphics, logos, reports, and methodologies, is the property of DesignFourU STR Consulting and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Clients may use materials provided as part of their engagement for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or resale of any DesignFourU materials without written consent is prohibited.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a consulting engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. DesignFourU reserves the right to terminate access to services or this website for any user who violates these Terms.

Upon termination, clauses relating to confidentiality, limitation of liability, and intellectual property shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DesignFourU STR Consulting operates.
